Mission Statement We aim as an organisation to provide a forum for the dissemination of information on the subject of Anaesthesia, Recovery and PeriAnesthesia nursing practice. We invite all nurses and practitioners from other disciplines to actively participate in our organisation by becoming members and opening up channels of communication, locally, nationally and internationally. It is by sharing our knowledge, both formally and informally, through, for example, meeting at the National Conferences held annually in different centres in Canada and communicating with other allied professions, nurses and PANAnac members that we, as an organisation can promote good practices, policies and procedures for the benefit of the patient and the nurse working in this specialised area.
